Customization Process
Requirements Communication
Customers provide samples or drawings, and we assist in confirming thread specifications, diameter parameters, interface configuration, and operating environment to ensure the design is feasible.

Proposal Confirmation
The engineering team provides 3D modeling and material recommendations, and specifies processing methods and surface treatment processes (e.g., nickel plating or chrome plating). After customer confirmation, the prototype stage begins.

Sample Trial Production
Samples are processed within 7 days, and dimensional accuracy, sealing performance, thread tolerances, and surface finish uniformity and adhesion are inspected item by item to ensure they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Mass Production
Mass production begins after sample confirmation. Each batch is produced according to sample standards, and multiple inspections are conducted throughout the production process.

Packaging and Shipping
Customized color boxes, neutral packaging, or branded packaging are provided, along with instructions, labels, and other accessories. We support a variety of delivery methods, including sea, air, and express shipping.
