Core Structure and Function
Interface design
MIP end (Male Iron Pipe Thread): External thread interface, compliant with the American standard NPT (Conical Thread), can be directly screwed into the internal threaded port of equipment or pipelines.
FIP end (Female Iron Pipe Thread): An internal threaded interface used to connect external threaded pipes or fittings, with strong adaptability.
Dual interface function: Allows valves to be used as both pipeline adapters and shut-off valves, simplifying system layout.
O-ring sealing system
Sealing principle: Insert fluorine rubber (FKM) or nitrile rubber (NBR) O-ring at the threaded connection, form a static seal through pre compression, and avoid relying on traditional thread sealing tape.
Advantages:More stable sealing, especially suitable for truck environments with frequent vibrations.Allow for repeated disassembly without affecting the sealing effect and easy maintenance.
Solid Bottom
Cut off function: The bottom of the valve is designed to be closed without any fluid channels, and the fluid can be completely cut off or conducted by rotating the valve body.
Operation method: It is usually equipped with a hexagonal wrench interface or handle for manual switch control.
Materials and Craftsmanship
Valve body material: High-purity brass, corrosion-resistant and mechanically strong, suitable for water, oil, air and non corrosive chemicals.
Surface treatment: Optional nickel plating (salt spray resistance) or chrome plating (wear resistance) to extend service life.
Internal structure: Precision machined flow channel reduces pressure drop and turbulence, and the valve seat and valve core are hardened to enhance wear resistance.
