Efficient drainage
Quickly release the accumulated water, oil, and particulate matter at the bottom of the gas storage tank to prevent freezing and blockage of the gas path in winter.
Suitable for key components such as air dryers, air storage tanks, brake valves, etc.
High pressure sealing performance
Metal cone seal (or O-ring assist) ensures no leakage at 123 PSI pressure.
Certified by DOT FMVSS 121, the burst pressure is ≥ 360 PSI (2.5 times the working pressure).
Corrosion resistance and long lifespan
Brass+nickel plating treatment, resistant to salt spray and deicing agent corrosion, suitable for harsh environments such as cold chain logistics and mining vehicles. Supports 10000+cycles of opening and closing, with a long maintenance cycle.
Security Design
Anti misoperation structure: Some models come with locking covers to prevent accidental opening and air pressure leakage.
Pull rope version: Can be operated from the outside of the vehicle chassis without drilling into the bottom of the vehicle for drainage.

Installation steps
Check the drainage outlet of the gas storage tank to ensure that the interface is clean and free of impurities.
Screw in the Lever Handle drain valve to ensure thread alignment and avoid damaging the interface.
Use sealing tape or sealant to ensure no air leakage after installation.
Manually test the lever operation to ensure smooth opening and closing.
