90° Male Elbow

It is mostly used in automotive air brake systems and other scenarios with high safety and reliability requirements to ensure stable and reliable pipe connections under conditions such as brake pressure transmission.

Installation points: clean the ends and joints of copper pipes before installation to remove burrs and impurities; insert the copper pipe straight into the push-in interface until it is in place, and gently pull to test whether it is stable; when the external thread end is connected to the corresponding internal thread part, wrap the raw tape or apply sealant as needed (some sealing structures may not be required), pay attention to the thread screw-in depth and torque to avoid damaging the thread or affecting the seal; check the sealing after installation, and ensure no leakage through pressure testing and other methods.
