The automotive braking system is the core of vehicle safety, and its pipeline connections must meet the following stringent conditions:

High pressure tolerance, the working pressure of brake fluid can reach 1000-2000 psi, and the transient pressure is even higher during emergency braking.

Corrosion resistance, brake fluid has hygroscopicity and chemical corrosiveness, and must be compatible with materials.

DOT certification: Must comply with US Department of Transportation standards (such as FMVSS 106) to ensure safety compliance.

The DOT push in series Male Connector is mainly used in the braking system for the following key nodes:

Materials and processes:

Forged brass body: tensile strength ≥ 400 MPa, pressure resistance 3000 psi, far exceeding the requirements of the braking system.

FKM sealing ring: resistant to brake fluid corrosion, suitable for temperatures ranging from -40°C to 150°C.

Stainless steel spring lock buckle: designed to resist fatigue, with no failure after more than 100000 cycles of insertion and extraction in vibration environments.

Structural innovation:

Double sealing mechanism: O-ring static sealing+hook and loop mechanical locking, double leak proof.

Anti misoperation design: Some models require rotating unlocking to avoid accidental disengagement.
