The automotive braking system is the core of vehicle safety, and its pipeline connections must meet the following stringent conditions:

High pressure tolerance, the working pressure of brake fluid can reach 1000-2000 psi, and the transient pressure is even higher during emergency braking.

Corrosion resistance, brake fluid has hygroscopicity and chemical corrosiveness, and must be compatible with materials.

Anti vibration, continuous vibration during vehicle operation may cause loose or leaking joints.

The key role of Male Connector in the braking system

The DOT push in series Male Connector is mainly used in the braking system for the following key nodes:

Master Cylinder outlet connection: Deliver the high-pressure brake fluid from the master cylinder to the ABS module or brake pipeline.

ABS module interface: Connect the ABS valve body to the brake pipeline to achieve dynamic pressure regulation.

Wheel cylinder or caliper inlet: Distribute brake fluid to each wheel actuator.

Sensor and valve body connection: Connect pressure sensors or electronic stability program (ESP) valve bodies to achieve signal transmission.
