Application scenarios and installation points
Typical scenarios, copper pipes in air brake systems of cars, trucks, etc., are used to connect copper pipes between brake valves, air reservoirs, brake air chambers and other components; it can also be expanded to industrial pneumatic systems, where copper pipes need to be turned 90° and quick connection is required (such as automation equipment air circuits).
Installation and maintenance:
1. Before installation, clean the ends of the copper pipes (remove burrs and oil stains) to ensure smooth push-in and reliable sealing; check whether the retaining rings and sealing rings inside the joints are intact and free of deformation and damage.
2. During installation, insert the copper pipe straight to the bottom of the joint (you can pull it lightly to test whether it is clamped); if it has a threaded end, use raw tape/sealant as needed (pay attention to matching thread specifications to avoid over-tightening and damaging the structure).
3. Maintenance, regularly check whether the joints are leaking (such as soapy water leak detection) and whether the copper pipes are loose; after long-term use, you can preventively replace the sealing rings and check the corrosion of brass parts to ensure the safety of the brake system.

Environmental restrictions, avoid long-term use in highly corrosive and high humidity (non-protective state) environments to prevent accelerated corrosion of brass and aging of the sealing ring.
Pressure fluctuations, extreme pressure shocks (such as frequent emergency braking, system failures) may affect the life of the joint, and the corresponding pressure resistance grade products must be selected according to the working conditions.
