Material and Characteristics

Brass (C36000), with a small amount of lead added (optional) to improve cutting performance.

Core advantages:

Suitable for water, air, oil, and weakly corrosive media, especially exhibiting excellent performance in humid environments.

Suitable for systems with small temperature fluctuations, such as HVAC and domestic water supply.

Brass has moderate hardness and ductility, and can withstand moderate pressure (usually designed pressure range: 0~16 bar).

Structural design

It has a cross-shaped structure, with four interfaces perpendicular to each other, supporting multi-directional diversion or convergence in pipeline systems.

Female or Male threads comply with international standards (BSP, NPTF) to ensure compatibility with pipelines.

The inner wall is polished to reduce fluid resistance and avoid pressure drop caused by turbulence.

Provide equal diameter four-way (four ports of the same size) or variable diameter four-way (main and branch sizes are different) according to the requirements.

Sealing and Leak Prevention

SoMulti-directionalipped with FKM sealing rings to enhance air tightness.

Pressure adaptability: By thickening the wall thickness and strengthening the thread profile, the pressure resistance level is improved (high-pressure models can reach 25 bar).

(1) Civilian field

Water supply system: a cross node connecting cold and hot water pipelines.

Heating distribution: Implement multi-room hot water diversion in the radiator pipeline.

(2) Industrial sector

Pneumatic control: Multi-directional branch control of compressed air systems, such as the pneumatic circuit of automation equipment.

Hydraulic circuit: diversion and integration of low-pressure oil circuit (medium compatibility needs to be confirmed)
