Basic Structure and Function

The Align Union is a special design of double barbed live coupling whose core function is to ensure that two sections of hose or pipe remain tightly aligned when connected, avoiding stress concentrations, abrasion, or leakage due to misalignment or kinking. Its structure includes:

Double Hose Barb: a tapered structure with barbs on both ends to insert and secure the hose.

Centering Mechanism: Intermediate live section is designed to force two sections of hose to remain coaxial or at a preset angle by means of locating pins, keyways or thread orientation.

Brass material: corrosion and vibration resistant, suitable for medium and high pressure fluid systems (e.g. hydraulic, coolant).
