Core function: Enhance grip friction
Anti-slip design:
The brass surface is smooth and is very easy to slip, especially when it is wet, oily or with wet gloves. The external mesh greatly increases the friction between fingers or tools and the joint surface through dense cross-grains, ensuring:
(1) It is not easy to slip out of the hand when manually screwing
(2) Tools (such as wrenches) are not easy to slip out when clamping
Effort-saving operation:
In small spaces or high-density pipelines, the mesh surface allows engineers to complete tightening or disassembly with only finger force, reducing dependence on tools and improving operational flexibility.
Auxiliary functions: visual and tactile identification
Quickly identify the direction:
The mesh texture provides tactile feedback. In dark or limited vision environments, you can quickly determine the direction of the connector by touch (for example, distinguish between straight, tee, or elbow).
Model/specification differentiation:
Some manufacturers distinguish product specifications by different mesh density (such as coarse/fine) or texture direction (straight/cross) to assist manual identification.
