Forged Flare Cross

Forged Flare Cross is a cross-way pipe fitting manufactured by hot forging. Its core feature is the combination of SAE 45° flared sealing design and symmetrical four-port structure. Unlike traditional cross-ways, it uses a non-welded connection. By expanding the end of the pipe into a 45° flare and matching it with the 45° conical surface of the pipe fitting, a metal-to-metal seal is formed, and an O-ring is used to achieve double sealing. This design can still maintain high sealing performance under high pressure environments (such as 2000-6000 psi) and is suitable for precision fluid systems that require multi-directional flow diversion.

1. Precision hydraulic system
Aerospace auxiliary oil circuit, used for four-way flow distribution of aircraft landing gear hydraulic system, ensuring synchronous action of each actuator. The lightweight characteristics of brass can reduce the overall system weight.

2. Refrigeration and air conditioning system

Ultra-low temperature refrigeration equipment, used for four-way branches of liquid nitrogen delivery system, the low-temperature toughness of brass can avoid the risk of brittle fracture.
3. Chemical and marine engineering
Corrosive medium transportation: in the clean pipeline system of the pharmaceutical industry, high-purity solvents are transported, and the passivated surface can avoid medium contamination.
Ship fuel system: used for the four-way fuel supply branch of diesel engines, the nickel-plated surface can resist salt spray corrosion and has a service life of more than 10 years.
