Forged Swivel Elbow 90°

1. Automobile chassis pipeline, in the brake system of a car, the steering connection from the master cylinder (horizontal pipeline) to the wheel cylinder (vertical pipeline), due to the suspension vibration when the vehicle is driving, the pipeline swings slightly. The rotating elbow can compensate for the displacement by rotation to avoid brake fluid leakage. At the same time, the 90° corner is adapted to the narrow space of the chassis.
2. Dynamic connection of hydraulic equipment corners
The hydraulic pipeline of the clamping mechanism of the injection molding machine needs to turn 90° when turning from the horizontal main oil pipe to the vertical clamping cylinder and produce axial rotation with the clamping action. The rounded flow channel of the rotating elbow reduces the pressure loss of the hydraulic oil, and the rotation function avoids pipeline distortion.
3. Layout of small spaces for construction machinery
The hydraulic pipeline of the boom of a small loader needs to turn 90° at the connection between the cab and the boom (avoiding the frame structure), and the pipeline needs to rotate slightly when the boom is raised or lowered. The forged corner of the elbow can withstand 30MPa high pressure, and the rotation function is adapted to the swing angle of the boom.
4. Refrigeration equipment pipeline redirection
The refrigerant pipelines of the cold storage evaporator and condenser (such as from vertical risers to horizontal coils) will produce angle deviations due to thermal expansion and contraction during equipment operation. The 45° rotating elbow can compensate for the displacement by rotation, while the 90° corner adapts to the space limitations of the cold storage wall and the unit to ensure low refrigerant leakage.
