Ballseat Male Adapter

1. Application in pneumatic systems
One end of the ball seat male connector is connected to the pneumatic valve through the NPTF thread, and the pagoda head at the other end is inserted into the air pipe. After the air pipe clamp is fixed, the compressed air pushes the inner wall of the air pipe to close to the ridge. At the same time, the inclined surface of the ball seat and the sealing surface of the pneumatic valve form an airtight connection to ensure the transmission of compressed air without leakage.
2. Application in hydraulic systems
In low-pressure hydraulic systems, the threaded end of the ball seat male connector is connected to the hydraulic pump, and the pagoda head is connected to the oil pipe. The pressure of the hydraulic oil makes the oil pipe closely contact with the ridge, and the inclined surface of the ball seat and the sealing surface of the pump interface are squeezed to form liquid tightness to prevent hydraulic oil leakage.
