Female 37°J.I.C Flare Swivel

Hose preparation and connection: put the hose of appropriate size firmly on the Hose barb. It is strongly recommended to install appropriate clamps/ferrules on the outside of the hose for reinforcement, especially for high-pressure applications.
Device end connection (key step), make sure the device port is a 37° flared male connector (external thread + 37° external cone) that meets the JIC standard.
Clean the 37° sealing cone inside the male and female connectors.
Align and screw this connector (Female 37° J.I.C. Flare end) onto the male connector of the device port.
Use appropriate tools (such as open-end wrench, box wrench) to tighten the connector according to the recommended torque value. Sufficient tightening force is the key to ensure that the 37° metal cone forms an effective seal. Avoid over-tightening to damage the cone or thread.
Rotation adjustment, after fixing the Female end, the Hose Barb end, and the hose can be freely rotated to the desired direction.
