Pipe Extender Adapter

It can be used in hot and cold water systems. The Pipe extender adapter is made of high-quality forged brass material, which is corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant. It is widely used in fields such as hot and cold water, heating systems, compressed air, etc. Working temperature range: -53℃~+121℃

Short-term temperature tolerance: up to 150℃ (depending on the sealing method). Suggest using PTFE sealing tape or heat-resistant sealant for better results.

This product has a threaded connection structure and needs to be used in conjunction with sealing materials. It does not come with a sealing ring, but it is recommended to use the following method for sealing:

Cooperate with PTFE raw material tape to wrap the external thread part, or use liquid sealant/pipe thread. If a sealing ring is required, an O-ring design can be customized.

There is no restriction on the installation direction, and it can be used in either forward or reverse direction. The joint body is made of metal threads and can be installed and disassembled multiple times, but attention should be paid to:

Each installation requires rewinding of the sealing material. It is not recommended to apply excessive force to avoid damaging the threads

It is recommended to use appropriate tools (such as pliers) to prevent tooth slippage.
