The Female Adapter of the D.O.T AIR BRAKE-NYLON TUBING Fittings series is a brass connector designed for air braking systems to reliably connect nylon tubing to devices with different threaded connections, such as valves, cylinders, or other line fittings.

Reduce plumbing complexity (e.g., connecting nylon tubing to metal air tanks or brake valves) by connecting nylon tubing directly to conventional threaded equipment without additional adapters.

The nylon tube end supports quick plugging and unplugging (with a special tool to loosen the ferrule), making it easy to repair or replace the line without disassembling the entire fitting.

1. Core bridge for interface conversion

(1) Connection of nylon tube with threaded equipment:

Seamlessly connect flexible nylon tubing (lightweight and corrosion-resistant) to the threaded ports of rigid metal equipment (e.g., valves, tanks, cylinders, etc.), solving the problem of compatibility between different materials and interface standards.

For example, in truck braking systems, nylon brake lines are connected to the NPT threaded ports of metal brake valves.
