A 90-degree elbow with one end for connecting the nylon tube and the other end is the male thread. Turning the pipeline in a 90-degree direction enables the pipeline to bypass obstacles or make a reasonable direction according to the spatial layout. One end is connected to the nylon tube, and the other end is connected to other parts with internal threads through external threads, so that devices of different materials and shapes are connected together to form a complete system.
Assembly Instructions:
Cut the tubing to the desired length. Make sure the cut is flat and burr-free.
Slide the nut into the tubing and slip on the nut. The threaded end of the nut 'A' must face the fitting body. Also make sure the nut slides smoothly and is not stuck.
Insert the tube into the pre-assembled fitting, making sure that the tube sits at the bottom in the fitting. Ensure that the tubing is inserted vertically to avoid skewing which could result in a poor seal. Check that the tubing is fully inserted, using a force test tool to confirm if necessary.
Disassembly:
Remove the nut and pull the tube out of the fitting body with the insert remaining in the tube.
Avoid excessive force during disassembly to prevent damage to the threads.
Check that the insert is intact and replace if necessary.
Clean the inside of the tube and fitting to ensure there is no debris or oil.
Maintenance Recommendations:
Check joint sealing and tube wear every 6 months. It is recommended that seals be replaced every 2 years and tubing be replaced based on wear.
