1. Commercial vehicle braking system

(1) Main brake lines for trucks and trailers

Installation location:

Interface between brake valve and air reservoir: Connect the end of the hose between the brake valve and the air reservoir to ensure stable delivery of high-pressure air.

Trailer emergency braking pipeline: The emergency braking air circuit between the trailer and the tractor to prevent brake failure when disengaged.

Effect:

Lock the hose joint with a conical sealing surface to withstand frequent brake pressure fluctuations (0-120 psi).

Adapt to the vibration and interface wear caused by frequent detachment of trailers.

(2) Brake Chamber connection

Installation location:

The intake pipe interface of the brake cylinder (chamber) transfers compressed air to the brake shoes or brake discs.

Effect:

Endure instantaneous high pressure (up to 150 psi) during emergency braking to prevent gas leakage from causing a decrease in braking force.

 

2. Construction machinery and special vehicles

(1) Brake air circuit of excavator/loader

Installation location:

The connection point between the Air Distribution Valve of the central braking system and each wheel brake.

Effect:

Adapting to the severe vibration and mud environment of construction machinery, brass material can resist sediment corrosion and prevent thread rusting.

(2) Braking system of mining dump truck

Installation location:

At the rotating joint of the multi axis brake air circuit (such as the steering air circuit of the articulated frame).

Effect:

In frequent heavy load downhill conditions, metal cone sealing is used to resist high-pressure impacts and reduce maintenance frequency.

 

3. Rail Transit and Public Transportation

(1) Railway vehicle brake pipeline

Installation location:

The connection interface between the main air pipe of the train and the brake cylinder.

Effect:

Maintain sealing during frequent start stop and track vibration to avoid delayed braking response due to leakage.

(2) Pneumatic door control system for city buses

Installation location:

The air supply pipeline interface of the pneumatic actuator for opening and closing the car door.

Effect:

Ensure the stability and safety of the car door movement, and reduce downtime caused by air leaks.
