Male Run Tee-Fixed is the key pneumatic connection in the DOT PUSH IN series. Made of high-quality brass and featuring a fixed tee design, the Male Run Tee-Fixed is primarily used to divert a main line into two branch lines while maintaining a consistent and reliable seal. The fixed threaded connection provides a solid mechanical connection and ensures excellent airtightness and durability under high pressure and high frequency vibration environments. The product is widely used in automotive air braking systems, industrial pneumatic equipment and fluid transportation systems.

 

 

1. Tee-Fixed Structure

The Male Run Tee-Fixed consists of three main connections:

Main connection (RUN end): Used to connect with the main gas flow piping to maintain the main direction of fluid delivery.

BRANCH: Used to connect additional manifolds to realize the function of gas or fluid diversion or merging.

Threaded fixed end (MALE end): with standard thread design, can be tightly integrated with equipment or piping system to ensure stability.

 

2. Fixed Thread Design

Unlike the rotatable Swivel type, the threaded end of this product is fixed, which will not change the angle after installation, ensuring a solid connection in the system, especially suitable for application scenarios that do not require high angle adjustment but require high solidity.

 

3. Inline quick-connect

The quick-insert connection technology allows direct insertion of the gas tube without additional tools, and the snap mechanism locks the tube quickly to improve installation efficiency.

The locking jaws gripping the pipe through high-precision machining provide a long-term stable connection, avoiding loosening or leakage due to vibration or temperature changes.
