Installation steps
1. Pipeline pretreatment
Use specialized tools to cut nylon tubes, ensuring that the ports are flat and free of burrs.
Clean the dust and oil stains at the interface to ensure good sealing.
2. Quick plug connection
Insert the nylon tube directly into the Push In interface of the Inflation Valve Female until a "click" locking sound is heard.
At the same time, ensure that the Female threaded interface is correctly connected to other Male connectors, and if necessary, use sealing tape to enhance the sealing effect.
3. Debugging and Testing
Perform pressure testing after initial installation to confirm smooth and leak free inflation and deflation operations.
Adjust the tension of the valve core spring (if applicable) to ensure that the valve opens and closes accurately at the preset pressure.
