Typical Applications - Where Gentle Bends Rule
High-efficiency areas of hydraulic/pneumatic systems: The first bend of the pump/compressor outlet pipeline and the turn before entering the main valve block to minimize pressure loss.
Instrument branch pipeline: The pipeline connecting instruments such as pressure gauges and flow meters needs to turn gently to reduce the impact on measurement accuracy.
Inner wiring of complex equipment: The engine compartment, the inside of machine tools, and the sheet metal cavity of automation equipment require pipelines to flexibly cross and avoid at a 45-degree angle.
Compact manifold/valve group outlet: When multiple outlets need to be led out at different angles (not 90 degrees), 45-degree elbows provide an ideal choice.
Directional fine-tuning of long-distance pipelines: In long straight pipe sections, the direction needs to be slightly adjusted to accommodate installation errors or thermal expansion and contraction.
Pipeline systems that require beautiful or orderly arrangements: 45-degree bevels are often regarded as a more "soft" and professional layout method.
