Description
The Mender Splicer is a special accessory in the Hose Barb series used to repair a broken hose or connect two hose sections. Its structural design is designed to insert the hose simultaneously through the barbs on both ends to achieve a quick splicing and sealing, avoiding the cost and trouble of replacing the entire hose section.
Application scenarios and functional advantages
1. Typical applications
Hose damage repair: When the middle part of the hose is broken or cracked, the damaged section can be cut and connected with the intact parts at both ends with Mender Splicer, without replacing the entire hose;
Two-section hose splicing: used to extend the length of the hose (such as temporary expansion of the gas line or water line), or connect hoses of different materials/specifications (need to adapt to the barb diameter);
Emergency maintenance scenarios: In industrial sites, construction sites, ship maintenance and other scenarios, quickly solve the problem of hose breakage and reduce downtime.
