Interface
Interface end 1: Female Thread
Function: This end is designed to accommodate and tighten components with external threads.
Material: Brass. Ensures thread strength, wear resistance and reliable sealing connection.
Seal: Usually an O-ring (material such as NBR) is embedded in the brass thread or relies on cone/cone thread sealing (such as NPT), or requires a seal/raw tape (such as BSPP). The specific sealing method depends on the thread standard.
Interface end 2: Push-To-Connect
Function: Used to quickly connect hoses that meet specifications (nylon tube, polyurethane tube).
Technology: Contains brass clamp ring groove and stainless steel clamp ring (provides anti-pullout force) inside, and O-ring seal (such as NBR) to ensure sealing.
Operation: Push the tube straight in to lock; press the engineering plastic release ring to pull out the tube. Quick and tool-free.
