4. Reliable sealing, all male threads are pre-coated with PTFE-based pipe sealant, which ensures easy assembly and leak-proof sealing. A complete seal is guaranteed when using the recommended tubing. In addition, FKM "O" rings are used as standard to ensure reliable sealing performance in different environments.

5. Full-flow design, consisting of an all-brass fixed eyelet construction, allows maximum flow through. The brass fixed eyelet is long, floating design with a machined top radius for easy pipe installation.

 

 

1. Truck / Trailer Brake System for connecting the main brake valve to the wheel brake air chamber to ensure rapid compressed air transfer. Its all-brass construction (C3600/C3700 alloy) withstands temperatures ranging from -40°F to 200°F and is stable at 150 psi.

2. Designed for emergency brake redundancy, the coupler quickly builds brake pressure in redundant braking systems, such as when the primary brake line fails, and activates the backup air line via a quick-connect to ensure emergency vehicle braking.

3.Trailer brake control, connects the brake control valve of the tractor and trailer for synchronized braking. Its FKM "O" ring and pre-coated PTFE sealant can prevent vibration-induced air leakage and adapt to complex road conditions.
