It is a multifunctional and detachable composite material pipeline joint, with the core function of:
Divergence/Confluence (Y-shaped): Provides a main pathway and a branch that splits at a specific angle for fluid distribution or confluence.
Male Connector: At least one port has male threads (such as NPT, BSPP) for direct threading into internal threaded ports of equipment, valves, or other accessories.
Union structure: includes a detachable Union Nut and matching Union Gasket/Ring, allowing for disconnection in the direction of the port without rotating the entire joint or connecting pipeline, greatly facilitating installation, maintenance, and replacement.
Composite structure: The main structure is made of high-strength engineering plastic, and precision brass inserts are embedded in key sealing and threaded parts.

 

 

1. Compressed air system: the main line branches out to connect equipment (such as pneumatic tool station, cylinder valve island), the live connection is convenient for equipment maintenance; the male thread is directly connected to the filter, regulator, oil mist, etc..

2. Instrumentation connection: Y-type branch to connect pressure gauges, sensors (male threaded end), the main road continues to convey, live to facilitate the instrument disassembly and calibration.

3. Process control piping: Frequent maintenance or replacement of valves and actuators is required.

Need to optimize the flow path to reduce pressure loss of the branch connection point.
