1. Industrial automation and mechanical manufacturing
Pneumatic equipment: connect the air compressor and the movable cylinder to allow the cylinder to turn freely during movement to avoid twisting of the air pipe.
Hydraulic system: used for hydraulic pipelines of injection molding machines and die-casting machines. When the mold or actuator needs to be adjusted at an angle, the rotating adapter can keep the oil circuit connected.
Conveying equipment: on the coolant and lubricating oil pipelines of the assembly line, adapt to the swing or lifting requirements of equipment components.
2. Automobile and ship engineering
Automobile fuel system: connect the fuel tank and the engine fuel pipe to deal with the vibration of the vehicle during driving and the displacement of the suspension system to prevent fuel leakage.
Ship deck pipeline: when the ship is shaking, allow the seawater pump, drain pipe and other pipelines to rotate flexibly to avoid pipeline rupture caused by the swaying of the hull.
3. Fluid handling and equipment maintenance
Chemical reactor: connect the feed hose and the reactor body interface to facilitate the operator to adjust the hose position and prevent the leakage of corrosive media.
Mobile equipment cleaning: For example, the water hose connection of a high-pressure washer allows the nozzle to rotate 360°, increasing cleaning flexibility.

1. Selection and matching: Select the seal material according to the medium temperature and pressure (such as NBR for - 40℃ to 120℃, FKM for high temperature), and confirm the thread standard and hose inner diameter.
2. Rotation test: Manually rotate the adapter after installation to ensure that there is no jamming or abnormal resistance. The rotation torque should be ≤1.5N・m (idling state).
3. Seal inspection: Wrap 15-20 layers of PTFE sealing tape on the thread, and the pipe clamp torque at the connection between the barb and the hose must reach 2.5-3.0N・m (adjusted according to the pipe diameter).
4. Regular maintenance: Check the rotating interface for leakage every 6 months. If the medium is a corrosive liquid, it can be disassembled and applied with anti-jamming lubricant (such as molybdenum disulfide grease) every year.
