Flareless Union

Core function: The core function of a Union is to provide a connection method that is easy to disassemble. It allows a section of the pipeline system to be easily disconnected without rotating the entire pipe or fittings. This is essential for later maintenance, replacement of parts or system modifications.
Working principle: During installation, first fix the two end fittings to the two sections of pipe, respectively. Then put the seal on the sealing surface of one of the end fittings. Finally, put the center nut on one of the end fittings, align the flanges of the two end fittings, and tighten the center nut preliminarily by hand. Use a wrench to tighten the center nut, which will pull the two end fittings closer and strongly compress the seal in the middle, thereby achieving a reliable sealed connection. When disassembling, just loosen the center nut to separate the two sections of pipe, and the pipe itself does not need to be rotated.
