Key application scenarios and advantages
1. Pneumatic braking system for trucks
Function: Connect the metal brake pipeline to the ABS module, brake valve, or air tank.
Advantages:
High pressure resistance (working pressure can reach over 1500 PSI).

Leakage at the threaded end:

Insufficient sealing tape or thread damage.
Thread type mismatch (such as mixing NPT and BSP).

After disassembly, re wrap the tape or apply sealant.
Check the thread standard and replace the correct type of connector.
The expansion nut cracks:

Material defects or excessive tightening.
The brittleness of brass increases in low-temperature environments.
Solution:
Replace certified brand accessories and install strictly according to torque.
Choose phosphor bronze material joints with better low-temperature toughness in extremely cold environments.
