How does CNC process accessories?

 

1. Digital command drive:
Based on the part CAD model, CAM software is used to generate G code/M code (including tool path, speed, motion and other instructions).
2. Computer control:
The CNC controller reads and parses these codes.
3. Precision servo motion:
The controller sends signals to the servo motor to drive the machine tool's motion axes (X, Y, Z linear axes, A, B, C rotary axes).
The interpolator calculates the tiny movement of each axis in real time to ensure that the tool moves continuously along the programmed path (straight line, arc, complex curve).
4. Closed-loop feedback (key accuracy guarantee):
The position encoder monitors the actual position of the axis in real time.
The feedback signal is sent back to the controller and compared with the command position.
The controller dynamically adjusts the motor signal to eliminate errors and achieve high-precision positioning and motion.
5. Tool cutting workpiece:
Under precisely controlled relative motion, the rotating or fixed tool cuts the workpiece material and gradually forms it into the designed shape.

 

CNC machining is a core technology that uses computers to parse digital instructions (G codes) to drive the servo system to perform precise, programmable axis movements under closed-loop feedback control, allowing the tool to cut the workpiece along a predetermined path, thereby achieving automated, high-precision manufacturing of complex parts.
