Male Adapter

1. Preliminary preparation
Check the integrity of the accessories and confirm that the Male Adapter body, compression ring (ferrule), and locking nut are complete without cracks, deformation, or thread damage.
Clean the pipe and accessories, remove the burrs and oxide layer on the end of the pipe with fine sandpaper or special tools, and wipe it clean with an oil-free rag; at the same time, clean the oil and impurities on the internal thread and compression end of the connector (to avoid leakage caused by foreign matter mixed in the sealing surface).
Confirm that the size matches, the outer diameter of the pipe must be the same as the inner diameter of the compression end of the connector, and the external thread specification must completely match the internal thread of the docking component.
2. Assembly order
Assemble in the order of "locking nut→compression ring→pipe": first put the locking nut on the pipe, and then put on the compression ring.
3. Insertion and positioning
Insert the pipe straight into the compression end of the Male Adapter until the bottom (you can tap the end of the pipe to confirm that it is in place to avoid insufficient sealing area due to shallow insertion).
Push the compression ring to the step close to the compression end of the joint by hand to ensure that the compression ring fits tightly with the pipe and joint without skew.
4. Locking and sealing
First tighten the locking nut by hand to ensure smooth thread engagement (avoid dislocation and thread slippage).
Use a wrench to reinforce. According to the pipe specifications, small diameters can be tightened 1-1.5 turns, and large diameters can be tightened about 1 turn until obvious resistance is felt (over-tightening is prohibited, otherwise the compression ring or joint may be fractured).
Check the verticality and confirm that the pipe and joint axis are consistent after installation without bending and deformation.
