Forged Tee

1. High strength and durability. The forging process makes it one of the strongest types of compression tees, capable of withstanding higher system pressures and mechanical stresses.
High reliability. The compact structure and metal-to-metal compression seal design provide a very reliable leak-proof connection after proper installation.
Excellent sealing. The compression design forms a strong radial sealing force, which can effectively prevent liquid or gas leakage.
Corrosion resistance. Brass itself has good water resistance and corrosion resistance to various chemical media. It is suitable for hot and cold water systems, oils (non-dezincification corrosive media), compressed air, etc.
No heat source installation. When installing, only the nut needs to be tightened with a wrench. No welding, brazing or gluing is required, which avoids the risk of fire. It is also suitable for occasions where hot operations are difficult (such as near flammable materials and decorated areas). Water/air test can usually be performed immediately after installation.
Removable and reusable, although designed as a permanent connection, the nut can be loosened for disassembly when maintenance or pipeline changes are required (but the compression ring is usually disposable, and it is strongly recommended to replace the new compression ring after disassembly to ensure the reliability of re-sealing).
