In the compression fittings series of brass fittings, Male Elbow is a key fitting that combines the functions of angle turning and external thread connection. It is widely used in fluid systems where the direction of the pipeline needs to be changed and one end needs to be connected to the internal thread interface.

Application Scenarios

Male Elbow is widely used in the following scenarios because of its steering and external thread connection functions:
Plumbing systems, such as water pipes and heating pipes in residential or commercial buildings, connect straight pipes with valves with internal threads (such as angle valves), water meter interfaces, etc., to achieve 90° steering.
Industrial fluid transportation, in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, connect pipelines with internal thread interfaces of equipment (such as pumps and compressor inlets/outlets) to change the flow direction of the medium.
Refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, used in copper pipes, connect straight pipes with internal thread interfaces of condensers and evaporators to meet the steering requirements of system layout.
Instrument pipelines, in the connection of precision instruments (such as pressure gauges and flow meters), small-sized Male Elbows are used to match pipeline steering with instrument interfaces.
